• We treat you as the owner of the output assets for platform purposes.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your inputs do not infringe on existing trademarks or copyrights.

2. DMCA / Takedown Requests

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Ovigram infringes your copyright, please submit a report with:

1. Description of the copyrighted work.
2. Link/Location of the infringing content.
3. Your contact information.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.

3. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on intellectual property rights.
